    Best bagels in Pittsburgh! Open everyday but get there early for best selection. Tuesday special buy 6 get 6 free.

    Good: the food is good; the portions are adequate in size; plenty of tables make it easier to find a seat, and it's also quieter than other places. Bad: service needs to improve... it takes too long to get your order. Sometimes attendants are less than friendly, though they've never been rude to me. Alternative: go to Starbucks across the street.

    There's a certain woman who regularly works behind the counter who is incredibly rude to me when I go, yet very pleassnt to my boyfriend. I am a black woman, he is a white man. We are both very polite to her. No other cashiers have ever been rude: just her. Besides that, for what the food is it is incredibly overpriced. Will not be returning.

    Waited 30 mins for our food. We asked for our money back. Employee told us that our food has actually been ready for some time. No one bothered to bag it or call our order as being ready. Not even an apology. No organization at the counter or kitchen. Won’t be eating here again.

    Stopped in for a sandwich to deliver to a customer. It was pre ordered, about a 14 min lead time and it wasn't ready when I got there. I guess the place was busy but there was no one in line and only a few people in the place. It was about 10 more minutes before it was ready. The food was good though as my customer said 😁. I will be stopping back again. Just leaving more to.
